Information we collect

When you request an assessment we collect the details you enter in the booking form: your role, name, email address, phone number, the property address, the reason for the assessment, preferred appointment times, an optional referral code, and any additional notes or agent contact details you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform the assessment, deliver your written report, answer your questions, and handle billing. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with the independent professional assigned to your property and with the service providers that deliver our reporting and payments, including Inspectorly. Booking form submissions are transmitted through a third-party form delivery service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep assessment records for as long as needed to support you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing will@inspectorly.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in effect.
