Terms of Service

House Sewer provides independent residential sewer condition assessments and professional advice. We do not perform, bid, or sell repairs. Our report describes the conditions observed at the time of the visit and recommends next steps.

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree on a time.

The main line sewer condition assessment starts at $400. Add-on services, such as toilet removal for access, difficult access, additional cleanouts, or sewer location, are quoted on site and only performed when needed and approved by you.

You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property and to a suitable cleanout. Some conditions cannot be observed without access, and portions of a sewer may be unobservable due to blockages, standing water, or line configuration.

An assessment is a professional opinion about observed conditions on the date of service. It is not a warranty or guarantee of future performance, and it is not a substitute for a permit, an engineering study, or a municipal inspection. Decisions you make based on the report are your own.
